The inspection process is essential, whether purchasing or selling a home.
​We do it right.  The very first time.​

To begin, a report template is created following a brief walk around the home. One inside we inspect the kitchen, utilities and make our way through the interior. Next we move on to inspect the exterior, roof, exterior appliances and exterior fixtures. Lastly we inspect the structure, foundation and attic. We complete the report onsite and take the time to review it and answer any of your questions. If not onsite, contact us any time to discuss. 

A complete home inspection covers 10 major home systems, and approximately 2000-2500 individual items.
